Everything from Adidas to Burberry goes for one price at the Sercotel Amistad in Murcia

Vintage fans in Murcia can pick up genuine retro pieces for just €9 each this weekend, as a second-hand clothing fair comes to the Sercotel Amistad Hotel.

Fashion has been looking backwards for a while now, with nostalgia for the 80s, 90s and 2000s, the popularity of series set in those decades such as Stranger Things and the renewed love for Friends, whose cast were style icons then and still are today, all feeding the trend.

Some of the biggest names in international music have embraced the Y2K look, and high street brands are following suit by bringing back the textures, colours and prints of earlier eras, adapted to what today’s shoppers want.

Garments that simply echo the styles of past decades are enough for some people, but those after the real thing have a date in the diary on Friday October 23, Saturday October 24 and Sunday October 25. The fair is being held at the Sercotel Amistad Hotel in the centre of Murcia, on Calle Condestable, right behind El Corte Inglés.

Organised by Crazy Zoco, it opens every day of the weekend from 10.30am until 9pm, and the price is the same whatever the label, from Adidas to Burberry, with every item costing €9. It’s well worth a visit for anyone hoping to find some one-of-a-kind pieces for their wardrobe.
