Entrance to the Castillo San Juan de las Águilas in southwest Murcia is free of charge for one Sunday of every month throughout 2022.
These visits will also come with a free guided tour starting at 11am and lasting around two hours. These tours are all in Spanish, unless otherwise stated.
The 18th century fortification is one of the best tourist spots to visit in Águilas, and a great day out for people of all ages.
The dates the castle will be open to visitors for free in the first half of 2022 are as follows:
