July 8 and 9 Royal Beach Games cross-training competition in Aguilas

The event is being held outside the Auditorio Infanta Doña Elena in Águilas

The Royal Box Águilas group is holding the national cross-training event known as the Royal Beach Games in Águilas over the weekend of July 8 and 9.

48 teams of 4 are taking part (each consisting of two men and two women) in two categories, Scaled and Rx, all of them required to take part in different high-intensity events known as WOD. These include weight-lifting, gymnastics and aerobic disciplines such as running and swimming.

The competition is based outside the Auditorio Infanta Doña Elena on the seafront in Águilas and runs from 8.00 to 22.30 on Saturday July 8 and from 8.00 to 13.00 the following day.
