Click HereThe 8th concert in the 2023-24 ProMúsicas season in Águilas features Il Concertino Accademico, a formation of 14 classical stringed instrument players led by violinist Margherita Marseglia, performing the following selection of classical pieces:
- Overture to Una Cosa Rara by Viente Martón Soler
- Vals de la Traición by Antimo Miravete Fernández
- Mozart’s clarinet concerto KV622, with soloist Ángel F. López Soler
- Haydn’s cello concerto in C major with soloist Juan Pedro Torres del Río
- Janacek’s Sonata Kreutzer
Il Concertino Accademico has been described in the German press as “an extraordinarily disciplined and passionate group” who perform “varied personal interpretations” of classical works with great flexibility.
The concert on April 5 begins at 20.30 with tickets available at 20 euros online here.
